What you'll be doing:
Lead and support the design of HVAC and mechanical building systems across multidisciplinary projects
Work on projects from early concept stages through construction delivery
Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
Prepare and review design documentation, calculations, and technical drawings
Ensure designs meet building codes and engineering standards
Support project delivery across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors
Manage design responsibilities and communication within a remote working environment
What we're looking for:
5+ years of mechanical engineering or MEP consulting experience
Experience working on commercial, healthcare, education, or industrial building projects
PE license preferred, or working toward professional licensure
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
Ability to manage priorities and problem solve independently in a remote setting
