I studied Business Management at uni with a focus on ESG and the circular economy, which is what first got me interested in the Landscape Architecture space. After uni I went travelling and realised how much I enjoy meeting new people and having real conversations. I wanted a job where I could build relationships every day, so recruitment felt like the right move.

Communication is the part I enjoy most. I like understanding what people actually want and connecting them with teams that feel like the right fit. Seeing someone end up in a role that suits them is the best part of the job.

Outside work, I’m usually outdoors or playing sports, trying new games, or getting creative with my younger sister.
