What you'll be doing: 


  • Support the design of buildings and miscellaneous support structures under the guidance of licensed structural engineers

  • Assist with structural analysis, calculations, and design documentation

  • Review construction documents, plans, specifications, and shop drawings

  • Help develop engineering solutions that meet current codes and industry standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle

  • Build problem-solving skills while working on a variety of structural systems and project types



What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, completed or within 3 months of graduation

  • 0-2 years of structural engineering experience

  • Academic focus on structural design coursework

  • EIT certification, or ability to obtain within one year

  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with RISA, STAAD, or similar structural analysis software preferred

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit preferred
