I am part of Ben’s team, specialising in recruiting building diagnostics professionals across Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Florida. I found my way into recruitment after studying Anthropology at university and getting a taste of in-house hiring while working at a brewery. It turned out to be the perfect mix of everything I enjoy: people, research, helping others take the next step in their careers, and building meaningful relationships. The brewery perks didn’t hurt either. Understanding candidates and what motivates them is still my favourite part of the job, and I love doing that here at TYG.

Having previously worked in another candidate-short market, I understand the importance of building long-term relationships, taking a proactive approach to resourcing, and developing a strong, diverse network. By combining this with a data-driven approach, I help ensure the right fit for both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, you will usually find me sketching, nose-deep in a murder mystery, or back in Yorkshire enjoying the countryside. I enjoy staying busy, baking, keeping in touch with my Asian heritage, and nurturing my creative side.
