What you'll be doing:
Leading projects that cover hydrology, hydraulics, water quality, stormwater, and floodplain management
Managing teams, schedules, budgets, and project quality
Preparing technical reports, designs, construction plans, and permit applications
Conducting and reviewing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, modeling, and engineering designs for stormwater facilities, conveyance systems, bridges, culverts, and floodplain compensation
Driving business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, letters of interest, and pursuit strategies
Mentoring staff and supporting the growth of the regional water resources practice
What we're looking for:
13+ years of experience in water resources engineering
Consulting experience in transportation, energy, real estate, or municipal markets
Florida PE license
Expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and stormwater/watershed design
Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
Experience preparing technical studies, reports, and environmental permit applications
Familiarity with FDOT standards and drainage/plan production manuals
