What you'll be doing:
Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget
Lead, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams on multiple project sites
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all projects
Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
Monitor and manage project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines
Handle project documentation and reporting to ensure everything is on track
What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industry
Proven experience managing projects valued between $5 million and $30 million+
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of leading teams to successful project completion
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, or other construction-related software
Motivated, proactive, and willing to travel nationwide to project sites
Excellent communication and organizational skills
