What you'll be doing:
Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality execution
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow and promptly resolve field issues
Maintain and adjust short-term project schedules to align with overall construction timelines
Perform regular quality control inspections to ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and industry standards
Travel to various project sites across the Southeast USA and remain on-site throughout assigned projects
What we're looking for:
5 to 20+ years of experience in construction, preferably in ground-up commercial or cold storage projects
Proven ability to manage complex construction sites with multiple subcontractors
Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols, scheduling, and quality control
Degree is not required; relevant hands-on experience is highly valued
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Southeast region and stay on-site for project
