What you'll be doing:
Oversee daily jobsite operations and manage construction schedules
Lead subcontractors and site staff, ensuring quality and safety standards
Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations
Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise
Maintain communication with Project Managers and Clients to ensure alignment
What we're looking for:
5 to 20+ years of field experience as a Superintendent
Experience on ground-up industrial and commercial projects preferred
Ability to travel frequently across Georgia and Florida
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
