What you'll be doing:
• Managing day-to-day site operations to keep projects safe, on schedule, and up to spec
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades to keep things moving smoothly
• Adjusting short term schedules to stay aligned with overall timelines
• Carrying out regular quality control checks
• Traveling to project sites across the Southeast and staying on-site through completion
What we're looking for:
• 5 to 20 years of experience in construction
• Ground up hospitality experience is a plus
• Comfortable working away from home for extended periods
• Based in the Southeast
• Degree not required
