A well-established general contracting firm offering services in General Contracting, pre-construction, design-build, and project management

A bit about you:
4+ years of experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of base building/ground-up construction
Excellent communication and coordination skills with relevant teams
Commercial and industrial construction background
Strong organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on or under schedule
Strong negotiation skills to help deliver projects on or under budget
Ability to support and adapt within a rapidly growing GC environment
A bit about tasks:
Work alongside the Project Manager to maintain and update project schedules
Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors through professionalism and fairness
Ensure projects meet and exceed client expectations by understanding their needs and culture
Maintain open communication with project teams regarding changes, job conditions, and potential risks
Manage project timelines and proactively mitigate potential delays
