A bit about you:
4+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor
Field experience managing commercial projects valued at $5M-$30M+
Strong understanding of documentation and processes between owners, architects, and contractors
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
A bit about tasks:
Oversee daily site operations and manage the construction schedule to meet deadlines
Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
Monitor construction quality and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards
Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, such as delays or resource shortages
