What you'll be doing:
Work alongside the Project Manager to maintain and update project schedules
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Ensure projects meet client expectations by understanding their needs and preferences
Maintain open communication with project teams regarding changes, conditions, and potential risks
Manage project timelines and proactively address potential delays
What we're looking for:
4+ years of experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of base building/ground-up construction
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with relevant teams
Background in commercial and industrial construction
Strong organizational skills to ensure project delivery on or under schedule
Strong negotiation skills to help deliver projects on or under budget
Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing GC environment
