What you'll be doing:
Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Interpret and enforce blueprints, specifications, and project plans
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to achieve project milestones
Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Identify and resolve project challenges, minimizing delays and costs
What we're looking for:
3–5 years of experience in base building construction
Experience with large-scale commercial and mission-critical projects
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Track record of delivering projects efficiently and cost-effectively
