What you'll be doing:
Helping manage construction schedules and keeping projects on track
Supporting the Project Manager with schedule updates and progress tracking
Building strong relationships with subcontractors and leading with fairness
Understanding client needs and consistently delivering to a high standard
What we're looking for:
4+ years of experience in the construction industry
Strong expertise in base building/ground-up construction
Multifamily construction experience is a must
Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Highly organized with the ability to deliver projects on or ahead of schedule
Strong negotiation skills to help manage budgets effectively
