What you'll be doing:
Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure smooth progress
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Prepare and review project documents including contracts, schedules, and budgets
Assist with project reporting, cost tracking, and quality control
Help manage timelines and identify solutions to mitigate potential delays
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or relevant field experience
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes and effective time management
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with all teams and take initiative
Personable and able to build strong relationships with subcontractors and owners
Proven ability to meet budget and schedule requirements
