What you'll be doing:
Design and detail efficient, code-compliant building structures with precision and quality
Serve as a Project Engineer on assignments ranging in size and complexity
Assist with managing budgets and schedules through strong planning and prioritization
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineers across multiple offices
Continuously develop technical expertise and support team learning initiatives
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
Certified as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
Some experience in structural design, including internships or co-op programs
Eager to grow your technical skills using tools like RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM
Concept, MathCAD, and RISA 3D
Strong communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and contribute to a team-driven environment
