In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, contractors, and clients

Lead and manage construction teams on grocery projects from pre-construction through project completion
Ensure all project tasks are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the project's success and client satisfaction

Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines
