What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage construction teams on grocery projects from pre-construction through project completion
Ensure all project tasks are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the project's success and client satisfaction
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure that all team members are in compliance
Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve any onsite issues to keep the project on track
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on grocery or similar commercial projects
A stable career history with a track record of long-term employment and demonstrated growth
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, contractors, and clients
