What you'll be doing:
Lead structural and building envelope projects from start to finish
Act as a trusted technical and client facing advisor
Manage projects independently and confidently
Build and grow client relationships and ongoing work
Partner closely with senior leadership on strategy and growth
Mentor junior engineers while staying hands on technically
Play an active role in the firm’s long-term succession and ownership plans
What we're looking for:
8+ years of relevant engineering experience
Strong background in structural engineering with exposure to building envelope
Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
Comfortable owning projects without close oversight
Client facing and commercially aware, with existing relationships or the drive to build them
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term ownership
Someone who wants to help shape a business, not just work within one
