What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity as Project Manager or Project Leader
Provide technical direction and mentorship to project teams, promoting skill growth and collaboration
Oversee the design and detailing of efficient, high-quality, code-compliant structural systems
Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development and repeat work
Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring project profitability and delivery excellence
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus
PE or SE license required
10+ years of experience in structural engineering with demonstrated growth into project leadership roles
Proven ability to lead project teams and mentor junior engineers
Strong communication skills and a track record of building lasting client relationships
