A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s a plus)
Licensed PE or SE
10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in project leadership
Strong mentor and communicator with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams
A bit about tasks:
Lead and manage multiple projects as Project Manager or Project Leader
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and design staff
Oversee the design and detailing of high-quality, code-compliant structures
Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and repeat work
Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
