Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater

What you'll be doing:
Leading water, wastewater, and reuse planning projects from initial plannning through delivery
Managing hydraulic modeling and technical planning across multidisciplinary teams
Acting as the main point of contact for municipal and county utility clients
Leading client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
Coordinating planning, design, and infrastructure teams throughout delivery
Supporting proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and client development activities
Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance
Managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
What we're looking for:
8+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering or utility planning
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline
Active PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
Experience with hydraulic modeling and utility master planning
Strong project management and client relationship skills
Experience working with municipal or county utility clients
Familiarity with Autodesk, Bentley, Aquanuity, or similar modeling software preferred
GIS integration and proposal support experience is a plus
