Senior Project Manager – Residential Land Development

What you'll be doing:
Lead residential land development projects from initial planning through construction
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
Review engineering designs, construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimates
Coordinate with developers, municipalities, consultants, and internal project teams
Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and QA/QC procedures
Mentor junior engineers and project managers while supporting team development
Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for future work
Work with leadership to support the continued growth of the residential practice
What we're looking for:
8+ years of civil engineering experience with a strong background in residential land development
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Experience working with developers, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams
Business development experience and the ability to grow client relationships is highly desirable
