Senior Project Manager – Residential Land Development

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, developing people, and building lasting relationships with clients.

What you'll be doing:


  • Lead residential land development projects from initial planning through construction

  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance

  • Review engineering designs, construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimates

  • Coordinate with developers, municipalities, consultants, and internal project teams

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and QA/QC procedures

  • Mentor junior engineers and project managers while supporting team development

  • Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for future work

  • Work with leadership to support the continued growth of the residential practice




What we're looking for:


  • 8+ years of civil engineering experience with a strong background in residential land development

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills

  • Experience working with developers, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Business development experience and the ability to grow client relationships is highly desirable
