What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration
Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and all project specifications
What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects
Experience managing projects in the $40M-$100M+ range, demonstrating your ability to oversee complex operations
Strong background in the commercial sector, with a deep understanding of project requirements and challenges
Highly motivated, go-getter attitude with a focus on results and driving success
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish
