What you'll be doing:
Leading the planning, design, and delivery of residential, commercial, and roadway development projects
Preparing engineering design calculations, reports, and detailed construction plans
Managing stormwater and utility design, permitting, and construction documentation
Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mentoring junior team members
Collaborating with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance
What we're looking for:
8+ years of civil engineering experience in land development
Licensed PE in Florida (preferred)
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD
Strong technical expertise in stormwater and utility design
Experience preparing reports, calculations, and permitting documentation
A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
