What you'll be doing:
Lead the design, analysis, and management of structural engineering projects, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction.
Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, while maintaining oversight of project quality and deliverables.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and design teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment.
Provide technical guidance, review project designs, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory standards.
Mentor and train junior engineers, promoting professional growth and excellence within the team.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction adheres to design intent and quality expectations
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE) license
8–10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including project management in a consulting or design-focused environment
Proficient in industry-standard tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD, with comprehensive knowledge of codes like IBC, ASCE, and ACI
strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Preferred qualifications include seismic design expertise, sustainable design knowledge, and experience managing large-scale, complex projects
