What you'll be doing:


  • Lead the design, analysis, and management of structural engineering projects, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction.

  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, while maintaining oversight of project quality and deliverables.

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and design teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment.

  • Provide technical guidance, review project designs, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory standards.

  • Mentor and train junior engineers, promoting professional growth and excellence within the team.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction adheres to design intent and quality expectations



What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • 8–10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including project management in a consulting or design-focused environment

  • Proficient in industry-standard tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD, with comprehensive knowledge of codes like IBC, ASCE, and ACI

  • strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative team culture.

  • Preferred qualifications include seismic design expertise, sustainable design knowledge, and experience managing large-scale, complex projects
