What you'll be doing:
Leading mechanical engineering design and analysis for building systems projects
Managing project delivery from planning through completion
Coordinating project activities across internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and project communications
Mentoring and developing junior engineers and technical staff
Supporting business development, client engagement, and proposal efforts
Managing project schedules, resources, and workloads
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high technical standard
Contributing to team leadership and ongoing operational success
What we're looking for:
10+ years' mechanical engineering experience
3+ years' project management experience with demonstrated career progression
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Experience leading project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders
Strong technical writing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong client relationship and project management capabilities
NYS Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Interest in leadership, mentoring, and team development
