What you'll be doing:
• Lead mechanical engineering teams across a wide range of building projects from early design through construction and occupancy
• Serve as a lead engineer or engineer of record on key projects, owning technical direction and delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources using planning and tracking tools
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to shape design decisions and keep projects moving
• Support business development and help build long term client relationships
• Represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and industry settings
• Mentor engineers and support their professional growth
• Contribute to shared standards and help improve technical operations and project quality
What we're looking for:
• 12+ years of mechanical engineering experience with project leadership
• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• A professional credential such as a PE
• Strong experience making technical decisions
• A confident leadership style with the ability to guide and support teams
• The ability to balance sustainability goals with budgets and long term performance
• Strong technical judgment and clear decision making
