What you'll be doing:
Lead mechanical design on projects from concept through construction
Mentor and manage junior engineers and designers
Oversee project timelines and client relationships
Work with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
Ensure quality control and technical excellence
Represent the firm in meetings with clients and partners
What we're looking for:
PE license required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
7+ years of experience across multiple sectors
Strong leadership and project management ability
Proven expertise in mechanical systems
