What you'll be doing:
Design and oversee HVAC and plumbing systems for diverse projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors
Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and sustainability goals
Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical design, project management, and career development
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Prepare detailed technical reports, calculations, and design documentation
Ensure project deliverables align with quality standards, budgets, and timelines
What we're looking for:
8+ years of experience in mechanical HVAC design and engineering consulting; plumbing experience is a plus
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Technically focused with a strong background in designing and delivering complex mechanical systems
Passionate about mentoring and developing junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
