What you will be doing:
Lead mechanical HVAC and plumbing design from early planning through construction
Work closely with project teams, clients, and architects to deliver compliant designs
Review and guide technical work across the team
Visit job sites as needed to support design and construction
Keep projects on track with timelines and project requirements
Mentor junior engineers and support how the team works
What we are looking for:
Strong background in building systems engineering
Comfortable leading projects and technical direction
8+ years of experience with HVAC and plumbing systems
Experience across a mix of building types, including complex or specialized projects
Clear and confident communicator
Interest in mentoring and developing junior engineers
PE license preferred but not required with the right experience
