What you'll be doing:
Lead mechanical engineering projects from early design through completion
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing scope, timelines, and budgets
Oversee HVAC and plumbing system design, especially within mission critical facilities
Guide and support engineering teams, providing technical direction and mentorship
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving smoothly
Carry out site visits, inspections, and project reporting
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to team development, documentation, and overall project delivery
What we're looking for:
16+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design
Strong background working on mission critical building projects
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Comfortable working directly with clients and advising on scope, schedule, and budget
Proven ability to lead projects and manage engineering teams
Clear communicator who can work across teams and keep things organized
