What you'll be doing:
Lead mechanical design for commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and energy-efficient system designs
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and industry standards
Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Participate in project management, client meetings, and construction administration
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
8+ years of experience in an MEP consulting firm
PE license required
Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, energy modeling, and mechanical codes
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard design software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
