What you'll be doing:
Lead and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept through to completion
Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring design excellence, adherence to budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Develop and implement business development strategies through proposals and client presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to create new business opportunities
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Licensed Landscape Architect in Texas
Proven experience in managing project teams and mentoring junior staff
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for efficient project delivery
Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and project deliverables to exceed client expectations
Experienced in preparing proposals, leading presentations, and negotiating contracts for business development
