What you'll be doing:
Lead landscape architecture projects from planning through delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners
Support business development, proposals, and market growth initiatives
Manage project schedules, budgets, and team performance
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level landscape architects
Collaborate with planning, architecture, and engineering teams on multidisciplinary projects
Provide technical leadership and design guidance across multiple offices
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
10+ years of experience within a consulting environment
Registered Landscape Architect in New York, or the ability to obtain registration
Strong understanding of site planning, entitlement processes, and regulatory approvals
Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships
Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills
