Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead
About the company:
This interior architecture studio works across high end residential and hospitality projects, with a strong focus on bespoke, client-led design. As the Miami team expands, they are looking for someone who can take ownership of both the creative direction and client relationships.
What you'll be doing:
Lead luxury residential projects from concept to installation
Build and manage relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposals
Develop design concepts, materials, and FF&E selections
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors
Support and mentor junior team members
What we're looking for:
8 -12 years of interior design experience, ideally in luxury residential
Strong portfolio showcasing high end, detail focused work
Confident in client facing roles and leading discussions
Experience contributing to business development
Proven ability to deliver projects from concept to completion
Good knowledge of materials, FF&E, and bespoke design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
Organized and able to manage multiple projects
