Senior Electrical Project Manager

What you will be doing:
Lead large scale electrical projects from early planning through final closeout
Set and manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans
Coordinate project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
Keep all work aligned with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
Track change orders, RFIs, submittals, and all required project documentation
Oversee project financials including forecasting, billing, margins, and productivity
Maintain strong standards for safety and compliance
Set clear goals for each project and keep teams aligned to them
Provide technical guidance during design and construction
Support and develop team members through mentoring and coaching
What we are looking for:
15+ years of experience managing electrical projects in commercial environments
A degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience
A strong track record of running complex electrical projects from start to finish
Clear, confident communication skills
A steady leadership style that keeps teams aligned and projects on track
