We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a leading MEP consultancy firm in Minneapolis, MN. This well established firm provides mechanical and electrical engineering services across sectors like healthcare, education, commercial, and science and technology, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and tailored project solutions nationwide.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee the design and engineering of electrical systems for various facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Manage electrical engineering aspects of projects from inception through construction, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, including system design, load calculations, and energy efficiency solutions
Engage with clients to understand project needs, present innovative design solutions, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in electrical design and client satisfaction
What we're looking for:
Licensed (PE) Electrical Engineer
10+ years of experience in the design and management of electrical systems for commercial buildings
Expertise in electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems
