What you'll be doing:
Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems from concept through construction
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Review technical deliverables and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Conduct site visits and support construction activities as projects progress
Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards throughout delivery
What we're looking for:
10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience
Experience within the US construction industry
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Comfortable managing projects, clients, and engineering teams
