What you'll be doing:
Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through completion
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted project advisor
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout design and delivery
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables
Mentor and support junior engineers and project staff
Contribute to business development and continued team growth
What we're looking for:
8-14 years of engineering experience
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Strong Revit and AutoCAD experience
Proven project management and leadership skills
Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and multidisciplinary coordination
Ability to manage client relationships and project teams effectively
