What you'll be doing:
Lead and execute ASHRAE Level 2 and Level 3 Energy Audits with a focus on system-level performance
Perform hands-on commissioning for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, system optimization, and performance verification
Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and building owners to ensure systems meet project intent
Prepare detailed commissioning plans, reports, and closeout documentation
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and point of contact for clients
What we're looking for:
5+ years of hands-on commissioning and building systems experience
Expertise in ASHRAE Level 2 and Level 3 audits
Strong systems knowledge and ability to interpret and optimize sequences of operations
Highly self-motivated and organized with minimal need for oversight
Comfortable managing both fieldwork and client relationships
Interest in career growth toward management or operational leadership roles
