Senior Bridge Engineer

We're partnering with a growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that delivers bridge, structural, and transportation infrastructure projects across the Midwest. Their team works closely with DOTs, municipalities, counties, and transportation agencies on projects that play an important role in maintaining and improving regional infrastructure.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Bridge Engineer to take on greater responsibility in project delivery, client engagement, and team development while working on a diverse range of bridge projects.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and contribute to the analysis, design, and rehabilitation of bridge structures
Prepare structural calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents
Perform bridge analysis and modelling using industry-standard software
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across transportation infrastructure projects
Support project delivery for DOT, county, municipal, and transportation agency clients
Mentor junior engineers and review technical work
Participate in client meetings, proposal preparation, and business development activities
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
5-8+ years of bridge engineering experience
PE license required, SE license preferred
Experience working on DOT and transportation infrastructure projects
Strong background in steel and concrete bridge design, rehabilitation, and structural analysis
Experience with LARSA 4D, LUSAS, SAP2000, CSiBridge, LEAP Bridge, or similar software preferred
Knowledge of AASHTO and state DOT design standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
