Senior Associate Structural Engineer

What you'll be doing:
Perform structural investigations and condition assessments of existing buildings
Prepare technical reports, repair recommendations, and engineering analyses
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor
Conduct site inspections and field investigations
Coordinate with owners, architects, contractors, and project teams
Support business development and office growth initiatives
Mentor junior engineers and help develop the next generation of talent
What we're looking for:
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
10+ years of experience in structural engineering, forensic engineering, restoration consulting, or building diagnostics
Experience evaluating existing buildings and structural systems
Strong technical writing and report preparation skills
Client facing consulting experience
Ability to manage projects and mentor junior engineers
Experience working on commercial, institutional, residential, or mixed use projects
