Senior Associate Electrical Engineer

What you'll be doing:
Lead multidisciplinary teams from planning through delivery
Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and reporting
Serve as Lead Engineer and/or Engineer of Record on complex projects
Mentor and support junior team members
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders
Contribute to company standards, quality management, and continuous improvement
Support business development through interviews and industry events
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
12+ years’ experience in the industry
PE or equivalent credential
Proven leadership in both technical design and project delivery
Strong communication and people skills
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
