What you'll be doing:
Conduct regular jobsite inspections to identify and mitigate safety risks
Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, PPE standards, and regulatory requirements
Lead daily and weekly safety meetings to promote awareness and address concerns
Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment
Support ongoing safety training and documentation
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of field experience in construction safety, ideally with general contractors or internal trade subcontractors
Experience with commercial, education, or healthcare projects is a plus
Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations, site inspections, and risk mitigation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
