What you'll be doing:
Manage multiple land development projects from proposal through construction
Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and financial performance
Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts
Prepare project agreements and oversee engineering designs, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Develop practical engineering solutions to complex project challenges
Mentor and support engineers and technical staff as they develop their careers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects and exceptional client service
What we're looking for:
8+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally within land development
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Experience independently managing engineering projects from start to finish
Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management skills
Experience preparing proposals, budgets, and project agreements
Excellent communication and project management abilities
