This is a growing forensic engineering and building science firm specializing in assessing and solving issues in constructed buildings. They are fully remote with regular in-person collaboration, known for high-quality technical work, strong client relationships, and a culture that values autonomy and trust. Senior engineers have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, influence strategy, and help grow the firm’s regional presence.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and grow the firm’s forensic engineering work in Oklahoma
Perform and oversee forensic investigations, site visits, and technical analyses
Prepare and review technical reports, opinions, and expert documentation
Act as the primary client contact for regional assignments
Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development
Work with firm leadership on strategy, hiring, and regional expansion
Support business development through client relationships and referrals
What we're looking for:
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Strong background with existing buildings, including construction defects, storm damage, renovation assessments, and structural investigations
Experience managing clients, projects, and/or small teams
Comfortable serving as a technical authority and regional point of contact
