What you'll be doing:
Leading parking structure inspections and condition assessments
Managing restoration and repair projects from investigation through construction
Conducting site visits, field investigations, and client meetings
Preparing and reviewing technical reports, repair recommendations, and engineering documentation
Coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and ownership groups
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff
Supporting quality assurance and technical standards across projects
Assisting with project delivery and client relationship management
Reviewing existing conditions and developing practical repair solutions
What we're looking for:
15+ years of experience within structural engineering, restoration consulting, parking structures, or existing buildings
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
QPSI certification
Extensive experience performing parking garage inspections and restoration projects
Experience with façade inspections, condition assessments, and field investigations
Strong report writing and technical documentation skills
Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners
Proven ability to mentor and develop junior technical staff
Strong communication and client management skills
