What you'll be doing:
Develop and manage project plans and schedules as well as monitor progress and adjust as needed
Create and oversee project budgets, control costs and manage financial risks
Act as the primary client contact and lead the project teams to ensure clear communication
Enforce quality standards, manage risks and monitor safety practices and compliance
Maintain project records, manage procurement and supply chains
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 3 years working as a Project Manager
Experience with commercial project values of $5m-$30m+
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Project or Procore
Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communication skills and leadership ability
