A bit about you:
7+ years as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
Project management experience with commercial project values of $5M-$30M+ (ideally in Grocery or Big Box Retail)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings

Develop and manage project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
Create and oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks
Act as the primary client contact and lead the project teams to ensure clear communication
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and monitor safety practices and compliance
Maintain project records, manage procurement, and supply chains
