What you'll be doing:
Lead structural engineering projects from proposal through final delivery
Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes
Serve as the primary client liaison - communicating clearly, addressing concerns, and managing expectations
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Perform design reviews, drawing markups, and ensure code compliance
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis)
PE or SE license (required)
8+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities
Proficient in design and analysis tools such as RISA 3D, RAM, or Tedds
Skilled in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
